Sinclair serves as the Medical Assistant for Dr. Agata Brys, playing an integral role in patient care. She is often the first clinical team member patients meet, welcoming them into the office, reviewing their medical history, answering questions, and assisting with in-office procedures. Sinclair’s compassion and attention to detail helps patients feel comfortable, supported, and well-informed throughout their visit. On a personal level, Sinclair enjoys cooking and experimenting with new recipes. She also loves running outside in the warmer months.

Megan Grater serves as the Surgical Coordinator for Dr. Brys, playing an essential role in guiding patient through the surgical scheduling process. She works closely with patients face-to-face and behind the scenes to coordinate surgery dates, discuss financing and ensure every detail is handled smoothly and efficiently. Megan is one of the primary points of contact for patients as they prepare for surgery. Her attention to detail and dedication to patient support help create a seamless experience. Outside the office, Megan loves spending time with her dog Mila which is a reflection of the warmth and care she brings to her role every day.

Practice Site Administrator
As the Practice Site Administrator for Dr. Agata Brys, Janine plays a central role in ensuring every patient’s experience is seamless, supportive, and personal from the moment they contact the office. She oversees daily operations; coordinates care across the clinical and administrative teams. Janine is deeply committed to making patients feel heard, informed, and comfortable with care and compassion. Outside the office, Janine is a proud wife and mother of three, and she brings the same sense of warmth, organization, and dedication into her work every day.
Kirsten
Kirsten has more than 10 years of healthcare experience, beginning her career as a Medical Assistant and now serving as Practice Site Administrator. She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions and confident about their care. Kirsten helps ensure each visit feels organized, supportive, and reassuring from the moment patients arrive. As a mother of three girls who enjoys staying active through softball and soccer, she understands the value of self-care and encourages patients to make their own well-being a priority.
