As the Practice Site Administrator for Dr. Agata Brys, Janine plays a central role in ensuring every patient’s experience is seamless, supportive, and personal from the moment they contact the office. She oversees daily operations; coordinates care across the clinical and administrative teams. Janine is deeply committed to making patients feel heard, informed, and comfortable with care and compassion. Outside the office, Janine is a proud wife and mother of three, and she brings the same sense of warmth, organization, and dedication into her work every day.
Sophie Walpole
Medical Assistant
Sophie is the personal Medical Assistant to Dr. Agata Brys, playing an integral role in patient care during consultation and in-office procedures. She is often the first clinical team member patients meet, welcoming them into the exam room, reviewing medical history, and helping ensure they feel comfortable and informed before meeting Dr. Brys. Sophie assists Dr. Brys during in-office procedures and helps maintain continuity of care by supporting patients throughout their visit and addressing questions or needs as they arise. On a personal level, Sophie is naturally detail-oriented and empathetic, qualities that help her connect with patients and anticipate their needs. Sophie enjoys reading as a way to relax or learn something new, as well as spending time outdoors-skiing in the winter and hiking during warmer months to stay active and appreciate nature
Megan Grater
Surgical Coordinator
Megan Grater serves as the Surgical Coordinator for Dr. Brys, playing an essential role in guiding patient through the surgical scheduling process. She works closely with patients face-to-face and behind the scenes to coordinate surgery dates, discuss financing and ensure every detail is handled smoothly and efficiently. Megan is one of the primary points of contact for patients as they prepare for surgery. Her attention to detail and dedication to patient support help create a seamless experience. Outside the office, Megan loves spending time with her dog Mila which is a reflection of the warmth and care she brings to her role every day.
